Patients may cancel appointments with at least 24 hours notice without any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the test price.
Patients may reschedule appointments at no additional cost if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
If you fail to appear for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, BTMHUB may charge a no-show fee equal to 100% of the test price or 50% of the package price, whichever is applicable.
BTMHUB reserves the right to cancel appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost will be provided.
BTMHUB accepts various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, online banking, digital wallets, and cash. All payments must be made before or at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
Refunds for cancelled appointments will be processed within 5-7 business days. No refunds will be issued for completed tests. If test results cannot be obtained due to technical issues, a re-test or full refund will be provided at BTMHUB's discretion.
If you are using insurance, you are responsible for checking your coverage and co-payments. BTMHUB will bill your insurance company for covered services, but you remain responsible for any out-of-pocket costs.
